Previously successful candidates have been quick learners, adaptable and able to work efficiently as part of a team in a professional office environment. Our employment opportunities provide the successful candidate with the chance to work within a highly productive & collaborative team environment. This is of most importance. However, there are also times where being proactive and working autonomously is required. Therefore, our team is suited for a driven, well organised individual who is able to manage a busy workload. Finally, successful candidates also display a high level of IT and communication skills (both written and verbal).

Although Financial Planning & Administration experience is favourable, this is not a prerequisite when joining our team. This is because we provide on the job training programs from experienced team members within our office, access to professional development as well as the potential for further academic study for the right individual (if desired). Therefore, the key attributes we are really looking for in a candidate, are those that align to our values. These include honesty, integrity, hardworking, compatible within a team environment.
